Send emails from Bravo Notes

You can now send your documents emails right from Bravo Notes.

This new feature is available in a few locations today:

• In the main Bravo Notes UI in the export dialog (choose HTML/PDF, and then Email as the target)
• In the context menu "Export..." dialog in the Backlog, Work item Form, or query results context menus (in the Dialog click the secondary
• In the Bravo Notes build task (choose target "Email")

You have a few options when sending email from Bravo Notes

• send a HTML document as the email content
• send a PDF document as an email attachment
• specify your reply-to address so recipients will be able to respond to your emails
• send to one or more email addresses (comma separated)

If you need to send emails to be sent from your own domain e.g. releasenotes@yourcompany.com please contact support so we can set this up for you.

If you are still on the legacy Team plan you can try the new feature today but you need to upgrade to the Professional plan going forward.
